RECRUITMENT GUIDANCE

Enterprises registering PROFEC'S employment services are required to complete the following procedures:

REGISTERING THROUGH PROFEC 'S WEBSITE:

  • CompletePROFEC'S Registration Form on web.
  • Choose the service products you need.( Find resume, Employment service, Head-hunter service, or/and Lease service).
  • Discuss withPROFECon the service fees.

REGISTERING AT PROFEC PROFEC'S OFFICE (coming to our office, contacting us by telephone, fax, or e-mail):

  • Provide PROFEC with information about your enterprise and your requirements :
    • Enterprise (Name, sort of enterprises, field of industry, headquarters' address, branch's address, telephone number, fax, e-mail, website (if available))
    • Requirements: job-title, responsibilities, job-requirements (education, field of studies, characteristics, appearance, communication skills, age, gender,…)
  • Discuss with PROFEC on the service products meeting your demands and on the service fees.

HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICE FEES

PROCEDURES:
  • On receiving the specific job-announcements from enterprises,PROFECwill contact and inform of the service fees.
  • If you like to have our quotations for future reference, please don't hesitate to contact us, we will send to you by regular mail, e-mail or fax.
  • The service fee is paid once within a week after the recruitment decision is made and is not deducted from the employee's salary.
  • PROFEC FROFEC accepts cash or bank transfer .

  • In case the employee recommended by PROFEC should leave the enterprise in his or her probation period due to his or her own fault, PROFEC will recommend other candidates, or refund the fee in full.
2. SERVICE FEES :

The service fees vary due to the specific service products:

  • Find Resume Service:
    The fee will depend on the number of resume and the job requirements.
  • Other Service Products including employment services (part services and full services), head-hunter service, lease service:
    The fee will be 10% or more of the salary paid in the probation period due to the job requirements and the specific service products.
